About The Role
We are seeking a driven and hands-on Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our New Logo and Expansion sales teams. This player-coach will embed best-in-class sales practices, drive day-to-day executional excellence, and build a high-performing, metrics-driven team. You will play a key role in shaping the strategy and ensuring predictable, sustainable growth across new customer acquisition and account expansion.
This is an ideal role for a sales leader who thrives in high-growth environments, drives discipline and results, and wants to build and scale a world-class direct sales organization. Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop top-performing sales professionals across both new business and expansion teams
Serve as a player-coach: directly support strategic opportunities while fostering team growth and accountability
Foster a culture of high performance, executional rigor, and continuous improvement
Own go-to-market strategy across both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion
Drive pipeline generation, qualification, and conversion with clarity and consistency
Enforce scalable sales methodologies and playbooks aligned to each stage of the funnel
Implement and refine forecasting processes, CRM discipline, and data hygiene
Define and manage KPIs: bookings, win rates, cycle times, expansion revenue, and quota attainment
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership to drive business decisions
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of experience building and leading high-performing direct sales teams, preferably in SaaS or high-growth technology environments
Proven ability to operate as a player-coach—engaging in deals while scaling a team
Deep experience driving both new-logo acquisition and customer expansion strategies
Strong command of sales metrics, CRM best practices, and operational rigor
Excellent communicator and cross-functional leader with a collaborative, data-driven mindset

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of our compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
