Lakeside Surfaces is looking for a strategic, experienced, and people-focused Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead our revenue growth across retail, wholesale, and B2B channels. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on an established but evolving organization, while shaping how we sell, market, and serve our customers across Michigan and beyond. 


What You'll Do:

  • Lead all sales and marketing efforts across omni-channel distribution (retail, wholesale, B2B)
  • Build and coach a high-performing sales team, aligned to business goals
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand into new markets and territories
  • Improve sales processes using tools like CRM and marketing automation
  • Strengthen customer relationships and drive brand loyalty
  • Partner with leadership on pricing, positioning, and overall growth strategy
  • Visit teams regularly in the field and at our headquarters, with flexibility based on location

What We are Looking For:

  • 10+ years of sales and marketing leadership, ideally in building materials, manufacturing, or a related industry (Industry experience is highly preferred.)
  • A track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results
  • Experience working across multiple sales channels and customer segments
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and lead through change
  • Strong communication, team development, and customer relationship skills


Where We Work:

We are currently active in Northern Michigan, Southeast Michigan, and West Michigan. Our goal is to grow thoughtfully into new markets, and this role will be critical in guiding that expansion.

Travel to headquarters and on-site with teams is required, though we are open to flexibility/relocation for the right candidate.
