Vice President of Sales - Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Are you a strategic sales leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving revenue growth in a technical, engineered-product environment? Our client, an established and steadily growing U.S. manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and long-standing customer relationships, is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead sales strategy, organizational development, and market expansion.

What You'll Lead

• Own the full commercial strategy including revenue planning, go-to-market structure, territory design, and key account strategy
• Lead, develop, and mentor a strong sales team
• Partner with operations, engineering, and executive leadership to support growth, new product introductions, and margin improvement
• Identify new market opportunities while deepening existing customer relationships

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience — ideally within manufacturing, engineered solutions, industrial products, or similar complex B2B environments
• Strong background in building scalable sales teams and introducing structure, KPIs, and CRM discipline
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and executive leadership
• A balance of strategic leadership and hands-on customer engagement
