About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic senior leader to join us as the Vice President of Sales & Customer Success in the US, reporting directly to our CEO. As the VP of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and go-to-market (GTM) strategies within the US market by acquiring new logos and mining existing client accounts. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the executive team and spearhead revenue growth initiatives for a company that has been a pioneer in the AI and ML landscape for the past 14 years. Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to shape and execute GTM Sales strategies for both new and existing logos, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth in the US market.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, driving new business mining opportunities and securing contract renewals through exceptional client engagement strategies.
  • Lead the entire sales process for the US Customer Success function, from lead generation to client management, while consistently meeting and exceeding business KPIs.
  • Drive revenue growth by establishing strategic partnerships and alliances within the US market, identifying and pursuing opportunities that contribute to additional revenue streams.
  • Ensure GTM readiness by fostering collaboration across multiple teams, including management, delivery, revenue enablers, and support functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for sales process excellence, continuously refining approaches to optimize performance.
  • Roll out and oversee key partner programs tailored to the US market, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Set ambitious targets and develop comprehensive strategies to achieve top and bottom-line growth objectives.
  • Contribute to business growth by frequently traveling within the US to acquire new clients, engage existing clientele and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Embrace a dynamic work style and harness the power of a globally diverse team, collaborating effectively across time zones to achieve shared goals.


Required Experience & Must-Haves:

  • 15 to 20 years of experience in strategic sales/ business development, partnership & alliance development, and large account management within technology companies, particularly in AI, ML, Advanced Analytics, Cloud, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with leaders from diverse functional areas.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets, executing GTM strategies, and establishing scalable partnerships.
  • Strong industry network and experience in partner co-selling (Microsoft, Databricks, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, negotiation prowess, and team management abilities are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in highly uncertain or fluid environments, with a core approach characterized by agility and flexibility.
  • A postgraduate degree in Marketing/Sales/ Business Management or related fields from top tier institution.
