As a User Interface/User Experience Designer (UI/UX Designer), your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with strategists, developers, and stakeholders to shape intuitive and engaging digital experiences
Design user journeys, task flows, personas, and interaction models grounded in data and behavioral insights
Produce high-fidelity mockups, responsive layouts, and component libraries using modern design tools
Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate behavior, transitions, and workflows
Participate in design critique, usability testing, and iterative refinement cycles
Contribute to inclusive design practices and accessibility (WCAG) compliance
To be considered for the role, you must have:
3+ years of UI/UX design experience working on web or digital product teams
Proven portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, from wireframes to delivered experiences
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), or equivalent design/prototyping tools
Working knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
Working knowledge of any animation tools is a plus.
Strong visual design skills, typography, and attention to detail.
Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (HTML/CSS frameworks, component libraries) is a plus
Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
