No Wine Left Behind blends wine education, humor, event storytelling, and gluten-free/celiac advocacy into content that actually feels human.

We’re looking for a TikTok Producer to create 10–12 TikToks per week across our NWLB and Silly-Ac Founder accounts. You’ll get prompts and shot lists — and we want your ideas, too.

If you understand pacing, humor, community-building, and the nuances of celiac/gluten-free content (or you’re eager to learn), you’ll thrive here.

• Produce, edit, and post 10–12 TikToks weekly
• Pitch ideas aligned with our content pillars: wine education, events, humor, and gluten-free life
• Collaborate on content planning, campaigns, and trends
• Film new content at events and use our visual archive
• Write engaging, on-brand captions
• Incorporate feedback quickly and meet weekly deadlines

• A TikTok-native storyteller with humor, clarity, and strong editing skills
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Great at turning prompts into engaging, scroll-stopping content
• Interested in (or familiar with) celiac disease and gluten-free living
• Bonus: experience with lifestyle, food, beverage, or event content

• Wine Education Prompt: Create a 20–30 second TikTok concept explaining one wine fact in a fun, scroll-stopping way. (Write it out — no need to film.)
• Gluten-Free/Celiac Prompt: Draft a TikTok idea that would resonate with the gluten-free community — humorous, relatable, or empowering.
• Event Storytelling Prompt: Outline a TikTok concept showcasing a No Wine Left Behind event (pre-event setup, what guests experience, or behind-the-scenes).
