TikTok Coordinator

Our client is a fast-growing apparel brand seeking an experienced TikTok Coordinator to expand their social media engagement and reach.

Responsibilities:

• Idea generation: Develop innovative concepts for TikTok videos tailored to the audiences of The Bar, aligning with brand messaging and current trends.
• Content Approval Process: Create and maintain an approval grid to ensure a steady flow of content ideas for Bridget’s review, facilitating daily video postings.
• Video Production: Create, film, and edit engaging short-form videos that entertain, educate, and promote The Bar, utilizing trends, music, and storytelling to connect with our audience and enhance brand visibility.
• Brand Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing manager to ensure all content supports brand goals and go-to-market strategies.
• Counterfeit Resolution: Assist in addressing issues related to counterfeit The Bar products.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers through comments, duets, and stitches to foster community, while monitoring trends and audience feedback to refine content strategy. Engage with comments, DMs, tagged posts and influencer posts.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze video performance metrics to gauge engagement and reach, using insights to optimize future content and drive growth.
• Collaborative Projects: Partner with other creators and influencers on collaborative projects, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, including photoshoots and events that showcase partnerships and team efforts.
• Marketing Assistant: Assist with marketing team for ecommerce shoots/campaign preparation: order and pick up necessary accessories, styling pieces as well as manage returns for styling items.
