Are you a high-performing closer with a passion for legacy, luxury, and storytelling? This is your opportunity to represent Will Leather Goods and our long-standing Nike Accessories line—two iconic brands rooted in craftsmanship and built for today’s style-conscious buyers.


We’re looking for a Territory Sales Representative to cover a multi-state region, managing key accounts, prospecting new business, and leading with authenticity and expertise. You’ll operate in the luxury accessories, fashion, and specialty retail space, opening doors and closing high-value deals. This position will be filled by a sales representative who has experience in wholesale fashion leather—belts, wallets, bags and other small leather goods.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a designated multi-state territory (travel up to 50%)
  • Build and nurture relationships with luxury buyers in fashion, retail, resorts, and specialty stores
  • Prospect new business using NuOrder, ZoomInfo, and personal networks
  • Conduct in-person product presentations and demos at client sites and trade shows
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and offerings
  • Track sales pipeline activity and deliver weekly sales reports to leadership


Who You Are

  • 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, with fashion, accessories, gifts, or luxury goods
  • Comfortable working independently in the field while staying accountable and organized
  • Strong closer and storyteller—you know how to build value, not just offer discounts
  • Experience with lead-gen platforms (ZoomInfo), and digital selling tools (NuOrder)
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
