Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the Southeast territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and present tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Profile
The Successful ApplicantA successful Southeast Territory Manager should have:
- A proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in a sales environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients.
- A background in the industrial and manufacturing industry is preferred.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Experience in steel/specialty metal sales REQUIRED
Job Offer
