Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Technical Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, particularly within BI and Power Platform. This role combines systems analysis, requirements gathering, workflow documentation, pipeline operations, troubleshooting, and testing. It is well-suited for someone with a programming background who thrives in a small, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements.
Describe and document workflows and integrations across multiple systems.
Run, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Conduct root cause analysis, resolve pipeline/data issues, and propose improvements.
Develop, execute, and document test cases, ensuring traceability to requirements.
Provide escalation support for custom applications, dashboards, and workflows.
Assist with minor enhancements, configuration changes, and support documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
5–7+ years as a Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst.
Strong understanding of business processes, data workflows, and integrated systems.
Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting data pipelines.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Foundational SQL skills with understanding of relational data structures.
Strong experience in requirements documentation, workflow analysis, and testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
Proficiency with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design).
Experience with Azure Data Factory or other ETL tools.
Exposure to CI/CD processes and Git-based environments.
Programming background in Microsoft technologies.
