As a member of Empowered Hospitality’s Talent team, you will support a high volume of hourly, management and executive-level searches, using best-in-class recruiting practices and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. You’ll work in close partnership with our Client Services team—who lead the client relationship—while you focus on identifying, engaging, and supporting top-tier talent throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
Executing the full recruiting lifecycle for key leadership roles
Assessing client needs and advising on talent acquisition and retention strategy
Recommending talent acquisition processes, tools and practices to increase our team’s overall impact
Delivering trainings to enhance the recruiting capabilities of E|H employees and client leaders
Attending client meetings to review progress, answer questions, and discuss opportunities
Providing regular client status reports and proactively escalating potential concerns or issues
Nurturing relationships to expand E|H’s network, strengthen our brand, and identify prospective candidates and clients
Experience & Education
2-10 years’ experience in recruiting, preferably both agency and internal
2-10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
Prior experience in customer service
Experience building, leading, and developing high-functioning teams
Exceptional interviewing skills, business communication skills, and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in a recruiting leadership role, demonstrating strategic thinking executive-level communication, and strong relationship management skills preferred
Bachelor’s in human resources, business administration, communications, or related field
Master’s degree preferred
