3D Animation and AI Specialist

Our client, a forward-thinking creative studio focused on blending cutting-edge design,

storytelling, and technology is seeking a highly skilled 3D Animation and AI Expert to join our creative team. This role is central to helping us deliver visually striking, technically sophisticated projects that combine editorial artistry with next-gen tools.

Location: New York City

Position Type: Freelance to Perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality 3D visuals for campaigns, brand assets, and immersive experiences.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, MidJourney, Higgsfield, Stable Diffusion) to develop innovative workflows that enhance animation and storytelling.
• Collaborate with designers, creative directors, and brand strategists to translate ideas into motion.
• Build efficient pipelines that integrate AI-assisted generation with traditional 3D workflows.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI, VFX, and animation to keep the studio on the cutting edge.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in 3D animation (Cinema4D, Blender, Maya, Houdini, Unreal Engine, or equivalent).
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into creative production.
• Ability to balance artistic vision with technical execution.
• Strong problem-solving and innovation mindset; thrives in experimental and fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, or editorial aesthetics is a plus.
