With Claude 4 and the recent improvements on Claude Code, we're entering a new phase. https://lnkd.in/gRtRidBr This year, I have pushed more code than you. But, ideally, I wouldn't need to. We are now in the phase of AI software development called the "Agent Clusters". Here's how it works: Each time our code in production fails, a github actions claude code job auto-starts to fix it. Each time we want a new functionality, as we're communicating over slack, I can tag in our slack bot to start a github actions claude code job. And I can make as many run in parallel as I want. The bottleneck has shifted to how many things can you think of to code at a time, and how to write a good meta-prompt like a CLAUDE.md or good cursor rules files to have good code architecture over many AI iters.

In the months leading up to the closing of InVision, I built a bulk export workflow for the V6 cloud product. This provided a way for users to export Prototypes and Boards as ZIP files (complete with both data and image files) for archival purposes. The ZIP files are designed to be consumed directly from the user's local file system. Which means, these ZIP files can also be used to host static sites on public URLs. As a final gesture of good will, I wanted to demonstrate (VIDEO) how InVision V6 users can upload those ZIP files—FOR FREE—to Cloudflare Pages. It's so freakin' easy - you don't even have to unzip the files (Cloudflare does that for you). Read more: https://bennadel.com/4749

Excellent blog by Werner Vogels on how "old developers" operate with the current GenAI & AI-DLC excitement. Funny enough, I resonate with this, being in the "old developer" category. This article sums it up beautifully - we all see repeated patterns. GenAI is incredibly powerful, if we have these mental models. I also love the fact that the article ends with "listen to your Customer". No amount of AI can help, if you don't do that. https://lnkd.in/esH3FS5R
