After you have created your Landing Page and launched your Landing Pages campaign, you can manage your leads in LinkedIn Recruiter.
Once a member responds to the opportunity on your Landing Page, their profile is added to the campaign folder in Recruiter that was designated when the page was created. You can view, manage, and message your leads in Recruiter. You can also view your campaigns within your projects. Only Recruiter seats and admins can view campaign leads within a project in Recruiter.
When creating your campaigns, we recommend using consistent labeling for easy identification when searching later. For example, Landing Pages [Campaign Name].
You’re unable to move your existing leads to a different Recruiter contract. However, you can edit the campaign folder name that the leads are added to.

Click Projects in the navigation bar.

Enter the campaign name in the Search for a project field.

Click the name of the campaign that you’d like to manage your leads in.

The candidates who've indicated their interest from your landing page will appear on the Talent pool page. Responses are collected in real-time.
To manage your leads from the Talent pool page:

Click Projects in the navigation bar.

Enter the campaign name in the Search for a project field.

Click the name of the campaign that you’d like to manage your leads in.

The candidates who’ve indicated their interest from your landing page will appear on the Talent pool page.

You can take the following actions on each candidate’s profile listing:
- Click Save to save the candidate to your Pipeline.
- Click Hide to hide the candidate from your lead list.
- Click the
More icon and select Message to message the candidate. - Click the
More icon and select Save to PDF to save the candidate’s profile to a PDF. - Click Save to another project to move the candidate to another Recruiter project.
Any leads you save from your Talent pool will be added to your Pipeline page. You can manage your leads through the hiring process in your pipeline.
To manage your saved leads from the Pipeline page:

Click Projects in the navigation bar.

Enter the campaign name in the Search for a project field.

Click the name of the campaign that you’d like to manage your leads in.

Click Pipeline on the left pane.

Click the pipeline categories on the left side of the page to view the candidates in the different stages of the hiring process.

You can take the following actions on each candidate’s profile listing:
- Click Message to message the candidate.
- Click Move to move the candidate to a different stage in the pipeline.
- Click the
More icon and select Share from the dropdown to share the profile with another recruiter for review. - Click the
More icon and select Save to another project from the dropdown to move the candidate to another project. - Click the
More icon and select Archive from the dropdown to archive the candidate from the pipeline. - Click the
More icon and select Save to PDF from the dropdown to export the candidate’s profile to a PDF.
