Venture Global Reports Q2 2025 financial results: ✅ $3.1B in revenue (180% increase from Q2 2024) ✅ $1.0B in income from operations (186% increase from Q2 2024) ✅ $0.4B in net income (21% increase from Q2 2024) ✅ $1.4B Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA (217% increase from Q2 2024) "We are pleased to announce another strong quarter for Venture Global, delivering on our commitments with exceptional project execution," said Venture Global CEO Mike Sabel. Venture Global’s Calcasieu Pass received approval from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for an uprate amendment to increase the facility’s permitted peak liquefaction capacity from 12.0 mtpa to 12.4 mtpa. “Venture Global thanks its regulators, including DOE, for their efforts in prioritizing and streamlining approvals for critical energy infrastructure projects. These multibillion dollar investments will be key as the United States strengthens global energy security and increases energy trade with our partners around the world,” said Venture Global CEO Mike Sabel.
