Wrapped up an incredible FY 2026 Annual Planning session with our Managers & Leadership team this week! What made this day special? Knowledge sharing at its finest. Our team dove deep into strategic planning for the year ahead, focusing on how we'll continue delivering precision aerospace, space, and medical components that make a difference and save lives. We also spent time refining our EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) tools and processes.
