Personalized & precision medicine: We are employing AI/ML to better understand and analyze omics data—genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics, combined with patients’ longitudinal health records to create AI-informed personalized health profiles, patient journey mapping, and digital twins that facilitate customized therapies and care. Care beyond clinical settings: Our "preventative" at-home AI companions, care coordinators, and non-intrusive continuous health monitoring systems with human-in-the-loop are extending patient care beyond traditional hospital settings. Mental health: Our AI mental health platforms, alongside care providers, offer continuous support to patients, easing healthcare system strain by identifying symptom progression early. Early detection and longevity: Our AI platforms integrate non-intrusive monitoring and behavioral analytics to provide real-time feedback, empowering patients to manage their health proactively and enabling doctors to support healthier, longer lives. Earlier this month in San Juan, Thinkhat and the Partnership for Modern Puerto Rico (PMPR) co-hosted an intimate evening of insight, connection, and purpose-driven innovation. Set against the backdrop of Condado, this private gathering brought together leaders across biotech, AI, investment, and design thinking to explore how Puerto Rico is uniquely positioned to lead the next wave of scientific and technological breakthroughs. We were honored to be joined by keynote speaker Dr. Manolis Kellis—MIT professor and global leader in computational biology—who shared groundbreaking insights on the future of precision medicine. We were also grateful to hear from Mike Pell Director of the Microsoft Garage in NYC and visionary author of three books on the future of innovation and design, as well as Alberto Bacó-Bagué, former Secretary of Economic Development for Puerto Rico and current Chairman of PMPR, who brought a powerful perspective on systems transformation and economic empowerment. And of course, we’re proud of our founder, Ravi Lam, whose vision for Thinkhat as a next-generation venture studio is already turning science into scalable impact.
