September is Recovery Month, and this weekend we joined The Phoenix Center and many other community partners at the annual Rally for Recovery in Greenville. This family-friendly event is a great opportunity to learn about available resources and celebrate the Upstate recovery community.

September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, and we'd like to remind you that if you are struggling, it's okay to ask for help.
