  • 𝑭𝒓𝒐𝒎 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒚: 𝑳𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑳𝒂𝒔𝒕 𝒂 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 Last week, our 1978/79 Buchanan High School Basketball Team was inducted into the Buchanan High School Hall of Fame. It was a special honor—and one that made me pause and reflect. Interestingly, that same milestone year also marked just two years after RPS Imaging first opened its doors. As I thought about that team, I realized how deeply the values we lived on the basketball court continue to shape the way we operate at RPS Imaging today. • 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - Just as success required players and coaches working in sync, our success today depends on close partnerships with our vendor partners. • 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 - We learned to push through tough opponents with different game plans, much like we push through challenges in a highly competitive market. • 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 - Never underestimating an opponent is no different than never resting until a project is truly won and delivered. • 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 - Studying opponents’ strengths and weaknesses mirrors how we strive to understand what keeps our customers up at night. • 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 - Everyone on the team had a role to play, just as our sales, service, and operations teams must execute at the highest level every day. • 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 - Perhaps the most important of all. Wins came from everyone doing whatever it took, whether they got credit or not. The same is true in business: many of our most impactful contributors work behind the scenes, rarely in the spotlight, yet their excellence is what fuels our success. At RPS Imaging, we make it a priority to celebrate not just the victories, but the people who make them possible. Our success, much like that Hall of Fame season, is the result of talented, dedicated individuals working together for something greater than themselves. #Teamwork #Leadership #Collaboration #CompanyCulture #Motivation

  • Collaboration in Action—With a Sweet Twist Collaboration is one of our six core values, and last week we had the opportunity to put this value into action. The most visited tourist destination in Northwest Indiana, the Albanese Candy Factory, home of the world-famous 12 Flavor Gummy Bears was the perfect spot for our team to meet for dessert after a fantastic collaborative session. Many years ago, a book on Steve Jobs highlighted his belief that great ideas don’t come from groups of people with the same background sitting in a room. Instead, true innovation happens when individuals from diverse roles and experiences come together to exchange perspectives, challenge each other, and spark creativity. That’s exactly what happened during our recent RPS Imaging “meeting of the minds” with Bella (sales), Jim (service), and Mike (project management). Over dinner, we explored a wide range of topics, gained a deeper understanding of each other’s challenges, and even walked away with several “outside the box” ideas we’ll be incorporating into our work moving forward. Collaboration, creativity, and gummy bears—now that’s a recipe for success! 🐻✨ #innovation #creativity #motivation #bestadvice #inspiration

  • Raising the Bar in Radiology Education with Samsung & RPS Imaging (written by John Mohn) This week, I had the privilege of visiting a Radiology facility in Michigan where RPS Imaging recently installed the Samsung GF85 floor-mounted unit. The experience was nothing short of inspiring. From the moment I walked in, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Faculty, students, and administrators alike were impressed—not only by the sleek design of the system, but also by its ease of use and advanced functionality. For the students especially, the ability to smoothly manipulate the tube head and table was a standout feature, making their training feel more intuitive and efficient. The results speak for themselves. The GF85 fits the room beautifully and aligns perfectly with the program’s teaching needs. The Director’s words summed it up best: “Working with RPS Imaging and Samsung has been nothing but enjoyable. Everyone we’ve interacted with has put our needs first and answered every question—no matter how small—with kindness and professionalism.” Moments like these remind me why I’m proud to be part of the RPS Imaging team and to represent Samsung’s innovation in medical imaging. Together, we’re not just delivering equipment—we’re building trust, empowering students, and shaping the future of radiology education. #SamsungHealthcare #MedicalImaging #RadiologyEducation #RPSImaging #CustomerExperience

  • ♻️ Sustainability and innovation go hand in hand. Samsung was recently honored with the Recycled Materials Association’s (ReMA) 2025 Design for Recycling Award for the Galaxy S25, recognized for its thoughtful use of recycled plastic, aluminum, glass, steel, gold, copper, and rare earth elements. This milestone demonstrates how global leaders are rethinking design to create lasting environmental impact. At RPS Imaging, we’re proud to share that same commitment to sustainability through our Scrap Film Recycling Program. By helping healthcare providers recycle outdated x-ray film, recover valuable silver, and responsibly manage imaging equipment, we’re reducing waste while supporting hospitals and clinics in achieving their green initiatives. Just like Samsung, we believe the future of technology must also be a future of responsibility—and together, these efforts show how progress in consumer electronics and medical imaging can align to create a healthier planet. 🌍 #SustainableInnovation #HealthcareRecycling #RPSImaging #ScrapFilmRecycling #GreenFuture

  • 🏁 Where Are They Now: Rob Sculthorp at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway 🏎️ The Indianapolis Motor Speedway has been racing cars since 1909 and draws over 300,000 fans each year to the iconic Indy 500. And now, you might spot a familiar face around the track, our very own Rob Sculthorp! After an incredible sales career with RPS Imaging, Rob retired a few years ago. But instead of slowing down, he’s chasing his passions and checking off bucket list dreams. Rob recently joined the team at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum, which just reopened in April after a stunning 17-month, $60 million renovation. 🙌 Calling this role a “job” doesn’t do it justice—it’s a labor of love. Rob gets to share the history of the Indy 500 with fans from around the world, including a special exhibit on the four-time winners. (Check out Rob pictured with his favorite driver, Rick Mears!) Rob’s story is proof that retirement is just the beginning of something new—and meaningful. We’re so proud of him for following his heart and continuing to inspire all of us to keep dreaming big. 🏆 #Indy500 #RetirementGoals #Motorsports #RickMears #motivation

  • "Welcome back, my friends, to the show that never ends…" That iconic lyric from Emerson, Lake & Palmer might just as well be the theme song for AHRA 2025—this year’s Imaging Trade Show in Las Vegas was nonstop action, energy, and innovation. Despite the triple-digit heat outside, the atmosphere inside was even hotter—with record-breaking attendance and no shortage of excitement. Our own Carlos, Jillian, Isabella, and Liam were absolutely on fire, showcasing the super cool capabilities of the latest Samsung Medical Imaging Technology. We were fortunate to take part in three unforgettable collaboration events that blended learning, laughter, and lots of networking: 1) Samsung’s “Cabinet of Curiosity” at the Horseshoe Casino—equal parts mystery and marvel. 2) Our very own RPS Imaging “Dinner & Music” night at Blake Shelton’s Ole Red—where the conversations were as rich as the BBQ. 3) And the AHRA Closing Party at Planet Hollywood—an epic finale filled with insight and celebration. These events reminded us why we love what we do. Being surrounded by passionate professionals, all committed to advancing imaging and improving patient outcomes, is both energizing and humbling. We’re incredibly grateful to be part of this industry—and we’re already looking forward to AHRA 2026 in Orlando. Until then, stay cool, stay curious, and keep raising the bar! #associatedxray #commonwealthxray #msmionline #excelimagingsolutions #radsource #parkerxray #texasimaging #samsung #samsunghealthcare #samsungmedison
