  • Redhorse Corporation is pleased to announce 🪶 Molly Cain as Senior Director, Graph Analytics & AI for our National Security practice. In this role, Molly will lead our #intelligence and investigations portfolio, advancing the #transformation of analytics via a graph-centric technology strategy coupled with AI/agentic patterns that move missions from signals to decisions. Molly is a recognized #intrapreneur and digital transformation strategist in the financial and federal government sectors, having spent 20 years focusing on modernization of legacy enterprise systems, including serving as DHS’s Director of Venture and most recently, IRS’s first executive Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Deputy Director of Digitalization. At IRS, #TeamDigi made history by overseeing Secretary Yellen’s initiative to digitally convert more 1.5M+ forms by December 2023 (prior to 2022 only ~3,500 total had been scanned). The pilots also led to enabling the agency’s first SBIR III (2024), modeling Molly’s “outcomes-over-theater” approach to transformation.   In the past six months, Molly has helped advance key Redhorse programs through internal and external consulting, team-building and behavioral communications strategies.   “Molly’s career path runs from banking to financial-services communications to venture accelerator leadership and on to executive technology modernization roles at DHS and IRS,” said SVP of National Security, Vincent Bridgeman. “That longstanding, cross-sector focus on using technology to deliver business or mission value coupled with a passion for problem solving, creativity, and empathy is exactly why we’ve brought her on to our graph analytics practice supporting intelligence and investigative missions for our customers.”   Welcome, Molly!   Learn more about what Molly and our graph experts can do for you by reaching out at graphs@redhorsecorp.com. • Please join us in congratulating Noah Klemm on his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Redhorse Corporation. Noah has led at the intersection of national security, data exploitation, and AI/ML for more than two decades. Since joining Redhorse in 2022 as Chief Delivery Officer—and stepping into President in January 2025—he’s helped scale our mission work and strengthen how we deliver measurable outcomes for customers across defense, intelligence, and federal civilian sectors. “The demand for trusted partners who can apply advanced data and AI technologies to mission challenges has never been greater,” said Founder and Chairman David Inmon. “Noah’s experience leading complex organizations and executing growth strategies makes him the right leader for Redhorse’s next phase.” Prior to Redhorse, Noah served as a technologist, program manager, P&L leader, and executive at Novetta (later part of Accenture Federal Services), where he built growth-oriented teams and integrated National Security businesses delivering complex technology programs. We’re energized for what’s next under Noah’s leadership as we continue advancing decision advantage for our customers.

  • Thanks to everyone who stopped by for a visit and demo with the Redhorse Corporation #NationalSecurity and #graphanalytics team at Intelligence and National Security Alliance Summit (#INSA) this week. We appreciate the deep discussions, specific questions around use cases, and especially the time you spent sharing more about what you do so we could explain how we might support you. As Vice Admiral Frank Whitworth shared during his fireside with Francis Rose on Thursday, this is the “golden age” of modernization. We believe it’s the right time for organizations to strategically invest in changing how you interact with data and technology. Based on the conversations we had with so many of you, we believe the #intelligencecommunity agrees, and more than ever, understands the urgency. We look forward to working with you, to understand the challenges you’re experiencing, show you new ways to tackle old problems and help you execute the vision you have for tomorrow. Reach out to our SVP National Security, Vincent Bridgeman to get a conversation going. 🇺🇸 * Many thanks to Michal Bachman, CEO of GraphAware for also joining us this week as we demo’d Hume on the floor.

  • We kicked off Redhorse Corporation’s #IntelligenceWeek with a VIP “Film Night” Tuesday evening, where we watched the origin story of graphs as applied to critical #nationalsecurity problems. Thanks to all who attended and joined us for the movie and the leadership panel that followed, featuring a special guest alongside Vincent Bridgeman and GraphAware CEO Michal Bachman. We've heard everyone had a fantastic time! Special thanks to our government and corporate partners who showed up in full force for the evening: Neo4j, Databricks, DataRobot, Moody's Analytics. If you would like to be invited to a future #RedhorseVIP Night, please send a note to graphs <at> redhorsecorp.com and tell us more about yourself and your interest in joining this growing movement to #findtruthindata. And if you’re at Intelligence and National Security Alliance Summit today, come visit our team at Booth 102. 🇺🇸 #INSA2025 #decisionadvantage Brian Leigh 🪶 Molly Cain, MBA Michael Rauseo Christie Bettle John Bender Jason Zagalsky Rob Sheen Noah Klemm Matthew P. • ⛳ Nothing says teamwork quite like mixing golf, good company, and a cause worth supporting. This week, two of our #NatSec colleagues 🪶 Molly Cain, MBA and Michael Rauseo hit the course together with others in the intelligence community for a charity tournament — proving that whether it’s #nationalsecurity, #innovation, or even a friendly scramble, collaboration and teamwork always “drives” the best outcomes. From the putts that (almost) dropped, and a few powerful swings with lacrosse sticks and baseball bats (because why not keep things interesting?), the day was a reminder that leadership off the course is built the same way as leadership on it: through #trust, #adaptability, and a shared #mission. Big thanks to the organizers and our partners for inviting Redhorse Corporation out to play for a great cause! #RedhorseWay #CultureMatters #Leadership #Teamwork

  • We hope you were able to catch Redhorse Corporation USAF Lead, Aniza Butler 👩🏻💻🚀 on the ground at #FedSupernova last week! If not, please DM her for a conversation about how we can support you in the coming year. While in Austin, our Air Force team captured many conversations which pointed to a few hard truths. The industrial base is stretched thin, and rebuilding capacity will require software-driven approaches that can scale. It was reiterated by many that partnering with organizations like Redhorse Corporation is one of the best ways to tap into the technologies you need while keeping the solutions you’re pursuing in mind. The through-line across all of it: cultural norms remain one of the biggest bottlenecks. Without a shift in mindset toward agility, greater risk tolerance, and alignment across multiple platforms and collaborations within organizations solving similar challenges, even the best technology won’t translate into mission outcomes. We walked away knowing our commitment to you is even more important than ever before, to change how government interacts with data and technology. We do this by enabling our customers with #decisionadvantage through great technology and teaming with our world class partners. By doing this very well, we directly address critical gaps for the programs we serve and it’s an honor to do so. Thanks for another great Supernova, see you next year! 🇺🇸 #DefenseInnovation #DualUse #DecisionAdvantage #NationalSecurity
