Redhorse Corporation is pleased to announce 🪶 Molly Cain as Senior Director, Graph Analytics & AI for our National Security practice. In this role, Molly will lead our #intelligence and investigations portfolio, advancing the #transformation of analytics via a graph-centric technology strategy coupled with AI/agentic patterns that move missions from signals to decisions. Molly is a recognized #intrapreneur and digital transformation strategist in the financial and federal government sectors, having spent 20 years focusing on modernization of legacy enterprise systems, including serving as DHS’s Director of Venture and most recently, IRS’s first executive Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Deputy Director of Digitalization. At IRS, #TeamDigi made history by overseeing Secretary Yellen’s initiative to digitally convert more 1.5M+ forms by December 2023 (prior to 2022 only ~3,500 total had been scanned). Noah has led at the intersection of national security, data exploitation, and AI/ML for more than two decades. Since joining Redhorse in 2022 as Chief Delivery Officer—and stepping into President in January 2025—he’s helped scale our mission work and strengthen how we deliver measurable outcomes for customers across defense, intelligence, and federal civilian sectors. “The demand for trusted partners who can apply advanced data and AI technologies to mission challenges has never been greater,” said Founder and Chairman David Inmon. “Noah’s experience leading complex organizations and executing growth strategies makes him the right leader for Redhorse’s next phase.” Prior to Redhorse, Noah served as a technologist, program manager, P&L leader, and executive at Novetta (later part of Accenture Federal Services), where he built growth-oriented teams and integrated National Security businesses delivering complex technology programs.
