Over her 23+ years, she has grown through roles including Quality Manager and Director of Operations, and today serves as our Vice President of Business Operations. This year, Suzy was honored with the Harry and Larry Jones Founder’s Award -our highest internal recognition - celebrating her embodiment of the values our founders built this company on: Service, Quality, and Innovation. When asked her favorite part about working here, Suzy didn’t hesitate: “My favorite part about working at this company, the people. I know it sounds cliché, but each position that I have held has been very rewarding because of the people. They work hard, they strive to do their best, and they want to constantly be better. Be better than the day before, the month before, the year before. The team is not afraid to face challenges, overcome them, and then celebrate them.” Her favorite product?
