Product Update 🚨! Last week, we shipped a series of improvements to make redaction faster, safer, and easier to audit. One highlight: Default Exemptions. Previously, you had to select the relevant exemption for each redaction. Now, you can set it once and have it automatically applied to all subsequent redactions. Saving clicks, time, and mental overhead! 🎁 (Major) new feature alert: Enhanced Email Attachments support While it may seem hard to get excited about the intricacies of data disclosures involving email attachments, we'll admit we're pretty excited to roll this out. When reviewing large volumes of emails, it's not uncommon to see massive chains of attachments — our record so far is 102 files attached to a single email! We also see the reverse, where the same file is attached to dozens of different emails. With this latest release: - Each unique attached file only needs to be reviewed once; files are deduplicated across emails - We maintain links between emails and attachments, so for every file you can easily track all of the emails sharing that file, and for every email you can easily see which files were attached to it - It's easy to apply different scoping decisions to an email and its attachments, and to each attachment individually. Collectively, these changes save reviewers hours of effort in trying to clean up messy attachment lists.
