A little over a year ago The Post and Courier's Anna Sharpe started digging into how exactly a 120-foot decommissioned Navy vessel ended up stuck in a Charleston creek for 4 years. And what she found was pretty nuts. Auctions! Rescues during the journey (two of them!) An owner with a history of failed business endeavors who is amassing a random assortment of small boats and EMS trucks on a property in Huger! So today, we have the ship's story for you to read. Not just how it got to Charleston, but its history and purpose 30 years ago when it was a torpedo retriever for the Navy. So beyond proud of how this collaborative effort turned out. It's a stunning visual experience made possible by our staff photographer Henry Taylor, a web design by Hongyu Liu and some really cool graphics from Matt Hill. https://lnkd.in/enVVHwdA

We’re thrilled to see the The Post and Courier spotlight the exciting transformation underway at the former DiMare tomato packing facility on Johns Island. As featured in the article, our team is proud to represent Vine Works Trade Park, a $21M redevelopment that’s breathing new life into a site rich with agricultural history. This 190,000 SF industrial campus will deliver much-needed flex and light industrial space to the fast-growing Johns Island market, with Building A now under construction and speculative suites starting at 2,500 SF. 🚧 Huge thanks to Dustin Potter and Aaron Lazovik at Obelisk Real Estate Partners for their vision and partnership in bringing this project to life. We’re honored to help support the region’s continued growth! 👏 📰 Read the full article: https://lnkd.in/en_JsDzk Timothy Raber, SIOR | Brendan Redeyoff | Bob Barrineau #CBRE #CBREIndustrial #IndustrialRealEstate #CommercialRealEstate #CREDevelopment #Redevelopment #JohnsIsland #CharlestonSC #CharlestonIndustrial #CharlestonCRE #SouthCarolinaDevelopment #CREnews #PostAndCourier #VineWorksTradePark
