Open Roles: Programmer Analysts (Full-Stack Java Developer) - Minimum 7 years of experience programming complex computer systems using current Java version and in relevant IDE tools such as Eclipse/JBoss Developer Studio. - Minimum 5 years of experience programming application user interfaces using current JavaScript/front-end frameworks, and CSS. - Minimum 4 years of experience programming with Java 8. Database Administrators - Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle database management. -  Experience in multitenant environments, Data Guard, GoldenGate, RMAN backup/recovery, performance tuning, and advanced security management. Business Analysts - 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps backlog management, kanban board, sprint board, etc. - 5+ years of experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. - 4+ years of experience working as a business analyst on financial systems. Business Analysts (Preferred: Azure DevOps, Federal Government experience) - Gather requirements and project specifications by leading requirement sessions independently. - Maintain backlog of work items in Azure DevOps. - Must operate in a hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) environment and actively manage requirements, change requests, and testing needs. - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.   Front-End Engineers - Write well-designed front-end and testable codes using Next.JS, ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, XML, etc. - Must have strong experience in the Next.js framework. - Experience in creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) while considering relevant accessibility standards. - 10+ years of overall IT experience.
