    What does commitment look like beyond the screen? 🤝 For Symplast Product Manager Jessica Wisner and CRM Strategist Nosheen Khan, it looked like five packed days in Dallas 🤠, visiting aesthetic practices in person — not to pitch, but to partner. As Nosheen put it: “My job was to build confidence, show empathy, and help them feel like we’re not just a vendor — we’re partners in this transformation.” Jessica brought a different lens to the experience: one focused on product insight and long-term growth. “I get just as much out of it as they get out of it because I'm able to take back all of these in-the-moment insights of seeing, observing and being in the thick of their workflows. I see where the product could support them better.” 🔍 These visits weren’t just about product, they were about people. From contextual training to real-time feedback, our team saw where we’re making an impact and where we need to do better. One thing became clear: when a team is used to learning hands-on, virtual onboarding doesn’t always stick. We were reminded that what really moves the needle is in-person connection, empathy, and tailored follow-up—the kind that makes all the difference.
