New preprint alert! Read about a groundbreaking study on patient stratification in pancreatic cancer from the University of Toronto. Using a multi-omic approach with high-plex Imaging Mass Cytometry™ (IMC™) technology and machine learning tools, the team mapped the complex interactions between cancer, immune, epithelial and stromal cells within the desmoplastic PDAC tumor microenvironment (TME).
