Our team is grateful to be part of that mission.   IEDC’s Business Retention & Expansion team recently hit the ground in Delaware County, partnering with the Economic Development Alliance of Muncie-Delaware County to meet with just a few of the region's dynamic local employers. These conversations are at the heart of IEDC's mission: listening, learning and supporting Hoosier companies as they grow and evolve across Indiana.   📍 Mid-West Metal Products - A family-owned manufacturer with four Indiana facilities and additional operations in Vietnam. We appreciated their hospitality and the chance to explore future possibilities. Building relationships with their leadership was a meaningful step forward.   📍 Spartech LLC - The largest (by headcount) of 12 plants nationwide is in Indiana, and they recently hired a new plant manager! In 2023, the company worked with the IEDC as they expanded.   Senior Project Manager for Expansion and Retention Megan Johnson represented the IEDC on the day organized by the Economic Development Alliance of Muncie-Delaware County.
