Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. stands united in the fight against breast cancer, a disease that affects far too many of our mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends. As an organization founded by women and committed to health advocacy, we honor survivors, uplift fighters, and remember those we have lost. We call on our members, affiliates, and communities to: Get screened: Early detection saves lives. Encourage the women (and men) in your life to schedule regular checkups and mammograms. Spread awareness: Wear pink, share educational resources, and use your platforms to remind others of the importance of breast health. Support the cause: Partner with local organizations, donate to research initiatives, or volunteer at events that raise awareness and provide resources. Show love: Reach out to someone fighting breast cancer with words of encouragement or an act of kindness. Together, we can make a difference. Let’s honor our commitment to Greater Service, Greater Progress by taking action this month. #onesigma #sigmagammarho #sgrho1922 #sgrho

"As an Afro-Latina, Hispanic Heritage Month is a time to honor the richness of my culture while embracing the beauty of my African and Puerto Rican roots together. It reminds me to celebrate the strength, resilience, and contributions of my community while creating space for future generations to thrive." #hispanicheritagemonth #onesigma #sigmagammarho #sgrho #sgrho1922 #thetaalphasigma
