[Fort Belvoir, Virginia] Semper Valens Solutions has been awarded the DEVCOM C5ISR Center Facilities and Operations Support contract. As the prime contractor, Semper Valens will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering equipment management, maintenance and property control, transportation, warehouse receiving/distribution, electro-optic/infrared (EO/IR) and other sensor technology testing and evaluation support to enable the attainment of C5ISR Center mission requirements. Ft. Belvoir, VA - Semper Valens Solutions, Inc. (SVS) has been awarded the PEO Soldier Headquarters Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support contract. The awarded contract is a 5-year, $103.8M task order that was competed on the RS3 IDIQ contract vehicle. As the prime contractor, Semper Valens will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering engineering and test support, acquisition and business management support, acquisition logistics, cybersecurity, Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT), and property accountability to PEO Soldier Headquarters’ command group and primary staff elements. The work is designed to strengthen governance and oversight, accelerate speed-to-field, improve sustainment outcomes, and ensure transparency across the acquisition lifecycle. “PEO Soldier’s mission is all about quickly delivering agile, adaptive, and leading-edge capabilities that ensure Soldiers have the tools they need to succeed on every mission,” said Scott Balmos, CEO at Semper Valens. “Our team is proud to help the headquarters integrate cybersecurity resilience and data-driven decision-making, so soldiers have equipment that performs as a cohesive, fully integrated system in the most demanding environments.” Since 2002, PEO Soldier has served as the Army’s central organization for designing, developing, procuring, fielding, and sustaining what Soldiers wear and carry, treating the Soldier as an integrated system to improve performance, survivability, and confidence across the full spectrum of missions.
