Community isn’t just where we build, it’s who we are. This morning, 24 dedicated Scout Motors team members came together for our quarterly Adopt-A-Highway cleanup in Blythewood, South Carolina, collecting 19 bags of trash, 7 bags of recyclables, and 2 tires along 2.5 miles of Wilson Blvd. Even with our usual cleanup area under construction, our team showed up bright and early at Doko Manor, ready to roll up their sleeves and care for the community we call home. Three years ago, it all began with a clean sheet, a bold vision, and a small, scrappy team determined to build something extraordinary. Today, we feel the energy and encouragement everywhere. At events, in airports, even in grocery store aisles, people stop to share their stories with our team: “I remember being out on the farm with my dad and his Scout.” “We took ours across the country and on the backroads.” Or simply, “I’ve been waiting for these trucks to come back.” Increasingly, we feel the excitement about the visible progress at our Production Center in Blythewood, SC, and the anticipation from our reservation holders who can't wait to get behind the wheel of a new Scout vehicle. It’s those very moments that remind us that Scout® is more than a vehicle. It’s a legacy. A connection machine. A symbol of what’s possible when you build with purpose. We know this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to build something iconic, something American, and something lasting. We’ve come a long way and covered a lot of ground since 2022.
