  • Last week, our team headed to Nashville for the Personnel & Recruiting Symposium to connect with thousands of people who power college football behind the scenes 💪 Across countless conversations, one thing was clear: recruiting is more complex than ever, and the stakes are high to get it right. We loved showing teams how Scorability brings key data and character insights together in one powerful platform—so they can make smarter, faster decisions about who to invest in. The highlight of the trip was hosting over 35 college programs at TopGolf! It was a blast to unwind, catch up, and crush some golf balls with the coaches we're lucky to support. 📝 Catch the full recap here: https://lnkd.in/gJZuDixh

  • Last week, our team hit the road for the Texas High School Coaches Association Convention in San Antonio! We connected with thousands of high school coaches, and every conversation reinforced what we already believe: no one knows athletes better than their high school coach. That’s why we built the Team Page—to help coaches with recruiting and get their athletes seen. From sessions on Straight Line Recruiting to coaches jumping into their Team Pages at our booth, it was clear that coaches have been waiting for a tool like this. And our college customers agreed—dozens stopped by to share how excited they are to see more high school programs using Scorability. We believe in coach-led recruiting—and it’s clear Texas coaches do too. See you next year in Houston! Read our full THSCA recap here: http://bit.ly/3H9GBLD

  • Meet Margaret DiPronio, our Customer Success Manager – or as we call her, “Coach Maggie”. A former athlete who now coaches youth volleyball, Maggie brings her competitive spirit, high energy, and positivity into everything she does at Scorability. Maggie works closely with our customers—college coaches—making sure their feedback flows directly into how we shape the product. Her role connects her with nearly every team, helping us stay focused on what matters most: making college recruiting easier for everyone. “I’m surrounded by people who are not only incredibly talented and driven, but also who genuinely care about each other and the mission,” Maggie says. “It’s a group that shows up ready to work hard, challenge ideas, and celebrate wins—together.” When she’s not advocating for customers or collaborating with our Product team, she’s organizing a post-work pickleball match. We’re lucky to have you, Coach Maggie!

  • 🏆  Big news from Team Scorability: we're honored to be recognized as one of Austin's Best Places to Work (#19!) by the team at Austin Business Journal. • We had the incredible opportunity to host Coach Craig Bohl, President of the American Football Coaches Association, at our Scorability offices this week! As Wyoming’s Head Coach, he’s the guy who saw something special in Josh Allen - because great recruiting isn’t just about physicality, it’s about who a player is. Coach Bohl loved seeing firsthand how Scorability is bringing that same mindset to recruiting, giving coaches the tools to evaluate the right players beyond the numbers. Thanks Coach for sharing your coaching stories and vision for the future of football! We’re proud to work alongside AFCA to keep pushing football forward!
