September is prostate cancer awareness month. Prostate cancer is the most common non-skin cancer in American men, second only to lung cancer – yet prostate health often goes overlooked until problems arise.    The good news? You can reduce your prostate cancer risk and maintain good quality of life as you age. This month, Southcoast Health urologist Dr. Didi Theva offers guidance to help you understand common prostate issues and adopt a proactive approach to maintaining prostate health.
