    I’ve watched my son put in hundreds of hours of 3D printing, fulfilling orders for 8 different retailers and prepping for monthly sales events. Today, he was up at 6am on a Saturday, loading the car to sell at the farmers market all day. It’s been inspiring to see the discipline, the focus, and the hustle it takes to build something real from scratch. In my own world of Customer Success and technology, we often talk about scaling businesses, enabling growth, and building sustainable systems. But at the core of it all—whether you’re a fintech firm or an 11-year-old entrepreneur—it comes down to the same thing: showing up consistently, doing the hard work, and serving your customers well.
