Human Resources team members at National Indemnity were excited to participate in last week's Workday Rising 2025 conference in San Francisco, California. 🌉They enjoyed connecting with Workday customers and partners, hearing from presenters, attending breakout sessions, and learning more about Workday’s AI and data innovations.💡   The conference was especially valuable for gaining insights into how emerging technologies are shaping the future of HR. 🎉Happy birthday to National Indemnity's founder and first president, Jack Ringwalt, born on September 18th, 1905. After years of selling insurance throughout the 1920s and '30s, Jack launched National Indemnity in 1940, focusing on cab insurance and other hard-to-place risks. Thanks to his vision and leadership, our organization has grown into something truly special.   In his memoir, Jack wrote: "I feel that no man is as fortunate as one who has enjoyed the work which he is doing or has done.
