Numbers matter. But how you lead matters more 🤯 Shoutout to our AE managers who put up a record-breaking Q3 at Nooks. Yes, investors will be pleased with the performance. But what makes me most proud is the leadership behind those numbers. Special thanks to the trio below: 💜 Kendra Berner: who pushed her team to 200%+, with all 7 reps at goal. She also ramped Faith Lau, Sadaf Ghadimi, and Ryan Zawada — all of whom hit quota. A masterclass in building and scaling a culture of winning. 💪🏽 Marcus Babcock: ended with the highest performing MM pod, well north of 100%. Helped codify our new BDR→AE playbook and closed b2b $100k+ deals in the final week. 🙏🏽 Shara Davoodi— did more with less, and found a way to smash goal with a small but mighty team. Closing three $100k+ deals down the stretch. His team was under quota capacity but still delivered above goal at 133%. -- People-first leadership is why the numbers look so good. p.s. still hiring :)

We accomplished something special in Q3, and solidified our culture of winning here at Nooks. Behind it? An incredible team. Every function - from Sales and CS to Product, Marketing, and RevOps - played a key role in building the machine that has delivered six record-breaking quarters. Special congratulations to a few people who delivered extra big results: 📞 Faith Lau was the top SDR at Nooks, landing at 113%. Earning a promotion to AE. 🥵 Ryan Tettemer ended as #1 AE companywide, 219% to goal. 🤝 Cameron McCann led the CS organization in upsell revenue closed. 💜 Kendra Berner was the top performing sales leader. 203% to goal. 8/8 reps above quota. Besides our people, cold calling is the (not-so-secret) secret to our success. 45%+ of our wins were generated from cold calls, including our largest logo in Enterprise.
