Shops West at Arvada Marketplace shows what happens when you reimagine a familiar space for the future. This project included the selective removal of existing structures to create three new plazas with stone pavers, planters, and updated utility services. Each space was upgraded with new rooftop units, lighting, and fire sprinklers, while the exterior façade received a full refresh with decorative steel, stone veneer, aluminum panels, and stucco for a modern, durable look. Projects like this don’t just improve curb appeal. They revitalize communities. As part of the recent upgrades at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Mark Young Construction renovated the full-service Ship Rock Grille, delivering a reimagined dining experience at one of Colorado’s most iconic destinations. Our scope included: ✔️ New kitchen equipment and hoods ✔️ A modernized indoor/outdoor bar ✔️ Upgraded finishes throughout the restaurant The result?
