In our 30+ years in hospitality management in the Twin Cities, some of our most rewarding partnerships have begun long before the first guests walk through the door. And today, we’re proud to announce our newest consulting partnership: a landmark resort development on the shores of Lake Superior in Two Harbors, Minnesota. This ambitious project, led by NAI Legacy, Structure Real Estate, and BKV Group, will bring a full-service hotel, luxury townhomes, a restaurant, event spaces, and distinctive wellness amenities — including indoor and outdoor hot springs — to Minnesota’s North Shore. Together with city leaders and our development partners, we’re working to ensure this project not only creates an extraordinary destination but also enriches and builds upon what already makes Two Harbors such a special community. Our team has been engaged since day one in Two Harbors, providing operational expertise through the planning and design phases, overseeing and consulting throughout construction, and continuing into pre-opening and management. Our early involvement allows us to shape each and every element of the guest experience and set the stage for long-term, sustainable success.
