How can managers help their employees embrace AI? According to Alexi Robichaux, CEO and Co-Founder of BetterUp, senior leaders must "help employees become more pilots and less passengers as they think about adopting new technologies." When it comes to AI, workers generally adopt one of two mindsets: 👩✈️Pilots: High-optimism, high agency and embrace the new technology. ✈️ Passengers: Slower to adopt a new technology and have a pessimistic view of it. Here's where leaders come in. "Optimism is one of the most powerful human skills," says Robichaux. "These mindsets are very coachable. They're teachable... We can learn to be optimists." Do you consider yourself a pilot or a passenger when it comes to embracing AI? Share your thoughts below. #AIinWork
