To empower and inspire women everywhere

About us

Hello. We are Lindex. And we believe in doing things together. Because two are more than one and together we can make a greater impact. We exist to empower and inspire women everywhere. All we do, all we say, we are doing it for her. It really defines who we are and gives us that higher purpose. In the stores, on the screen, when we act and say what we mean. We believe we all have the power to empower. And along the way we have great supporters. We are like a big family here. And just like any family, they make you take the next step. And the next. Because in the fashion industry you can’t sit still. And we like to lead the way. Big words we know. But from big words we grow. We are a growing fashion company, making a difference. And we really think we can make things better. For the women, for the kids, for the future. Therefore, we will never stop our journey in becoming even more sustainable. That is our promise. Today, tomorrow, forever. We are Lindex. We do things together. Want to join our journey?

This autumn, we are launching something extra special – a limited edition collaboration with Klippan, the Swedish, family-run company with five generations of craftsmanship. Together, we’ve created three exclusive baby blankets in 100% wool – soft, warm and timeless additions to our AW25 baby assortment. "A wool blanket is a timeless gift for a newborn, and we are very proud to present these designs in collaboration with Klippan. With their renowned expertise in wool production and dedication to quality, Klippan is a perfect match for our design philosophy at Lindex – to create products that last, and that can be cherished and passed on to siblings or friends,” says Hillevi Lager, our Business Manager Kidswear. The blankets will be available from 16 September.

Last week during Almedalen, we teamed up with our partner WaterAid to discuss how menstruation is a key issue for gender equality, health, and economic development - and how civil society, business, and politics can drive change. We hosted both a breakfast panel and an afternoon mingle to create space for open conversations about menstruation. At the panel, we raised important questions like: 🩸 How does menstruation impact education, safety, and financial independence? 🩸 And what can we do, as companies, politicians, and organisations, to make things better? We also shared what we’re doing at Lindex, from creating products like our innovative period-proof underwear, to offering menstrual products at work, to supporting long-term projects with partners like WaterAid. Thank you to everyone who came, listened, and added your voice. These conversations matter, and they’re just the beginning.

This week, the inspiring ‘Feminista of the Year’ gala, hosted by Femina, took place – a powerful celebration of women who leave their mark, lift others up, and drive meaningful change in our society. We had the opportunity to present the ‘Lindex Award’ for the third year in a row, and this year’s recipient, Ebba Andersson, truly embodies the values we stand for. ‘Just when you thought a world champion couldn’t get more powerful, Ebba looked straight into the TV cameras and broke a stigma that has no place in 2025. By speaking openly and naturally about menstruation, she’s become a role model – not only for a younger generation of women but also for those who’ve stayed silent for far too long about the realities of the female body. Her voice is driving meaningful change, and that’s why she receives this year’s Lindex Award.’ We are proud to celebrate women like Ebba, who use their platform to spark conversations that matter and make room for others to do the same.

Today is Menstrual Hygiene Day, and we’re using our voice to talk about period poverty. Periods shouldn’t be a problem, but for millions of girls and women, they still are. Why? And what can be done, and is being done, to change that? In our very first podcast episode, our Chief Sustainability Officer, Anna-Karin Dahlberg, sits down with Martina Nee, Policy Advisor Gender Equality at WaterAid Sverige to unpack the biggest challenges around period poverty and how our collaboration is making real impact where it’s needed most. Hear how change is happening and how we can all be part of it. https://lnkd.in/dRi7u6jQ #MenstrualHygieneDay #MHDay2025

A clear victory for women’s needs. At Lindex, driving change for women is at the core of who we are. That’s why we welcome the recent ruling from the Swedish Patent and Market Court in the case regarding our communication around period panties. Our period panties, developed by our femtech brand Female Engineering, are primarily designed for menstruation, yes. But they are also made for those everyday realities that women quietly manage, like light urinary leakage. This is now also confirmed by the Swedish Patent and Market Court, an important statement. ‘This ruling is more than a legal success, it confirms our right to communicate openly about women’s real needs without being silenced or restricted. It is a step toward breaking taboos around bodily functions like menstruation and urinary leakage, and it validates the impact of our work to drive change for women. It gives us continued strength to develop safe, innovative, and relevant products based on the real needs of our customers,’ says Ebba Lo, our Innovation and Business Manager Female Engineering at Lindex. Full press release can be found in the comments.
