Thank you to University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York for hosting such a well-organized career fair and to all the students who stopped by to chat with us. We’re excited about the future and the potential to welcome some of these bright minds to our team!

Lactalis is proud to support World Cleanup Day. This week, Lactalis employees around the world gave of their time to clean up the communities surrounding our plants and offices. This includes Buffalo, where employees cleaned up trash along South Park Avenue outside of our corporate office and manufacturing facility. Thanks to all who participated!

As we recognize Hunger Action Month this September, we are taking actions to end hunger in our Lactalis communities. In Belmont, Wisconsin, where we make President Brie and Feta, our employees volunteer each month to distribute food to members of the nearby community through Ruby's Pantry (A Home and Away Community Outreach). This brings around 300 meals to those in need each month. Thanks to the Belmont team for all you do, and thanks to everyone who is supporting Hunger Action Month!

This week, we joined our colleagues across Lactalis Americas (United States, Canada, Brazil, Columbia and Mexico) in recognizing Global Talent Acquisition Day—a moment to celebrate the incredible work of our TA professionals who help shape the future of our organization every day. Our Talent Acquisition teams came together through engaging activities, meaningful conversations, and shared learning experiences that reflected the values of connection, innovation, and excellence. We’re proud of the passion and dedication our team brings to attracting top talent and building a culture where people thrive. Thank you to everyone who made this celebration impactful and inspiring!

What a perfect afternoon on the Miss Buffalo! Our Buffalo team enjoyed time together out on beautiful Lake Erie — a chance to relax, recharge, and connect with coworkers outside the office. Building strong connections makes our workplace even stronger, and days like this remind us how grateful we are for our incredible team.

Our interns from across Buffalo came together for the 2025 Intern Innovation Challenge: a two-day event where they worked in small groups to collaborate, problem-solve, and present creative solutions to real business challenges. Their energy, teamwork, and fresh perspectives remind us that the future of innovation is bright!    A huge thank you to all the interns who participated, and congratulations to this year’s Intern Innovation Challenge winners! 

Today, employees from Lactalis are proud to be out at the Erie County Fair supporting FeedMore WNY! We're helping collect canned good donations to fight hunger right here in our community. If you're heading to the fair later today, stop by and say hello — and don’t forget to bring a donation!

What a weekend to remember! The Galbani Italian Heritage Festival lit up Hertel Ave in Buffalo, NY as they marked 50 years of flavor, fun, and family.  From grape stomping and cooking demos to toe-tapping music and mountains of Galbani Cheese, it was a celebration fit for Nonna! We are proud to have sponsored this event for 27 years and counting, keeping the Italian spirit alive and delicious.
