Through mock interviews with our team participants built confidence, sharpened skills, and prepared for success in the workforce. October was Wellness Month at Oncourse Home Solutions! 💙  At Oncourse Home Solutions, our 𝐓𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐲 is simple: we care for the whole person physically, emotionally, financially, and digitally. That’s why we don’t just celebrate wellness for a day or a week, we dedicate an entire month to it. Our third annual Wellness Month, themed “𝐁𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥. 𝐁𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮.”, brought our culture of care to life with a full calendar of activities: 🧘 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠: Movement breaks, massages, screenings, and a wellness walk challenge.  🧠 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠: Mindfulness and mental health support sessions.  💰 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠: Tips to maximize benefits and find financial balance.  💻 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠: New tools to help protect our online lives, launched in partnership with IT. We wrapped up the month with a vibrant Wellness Fair, featuring our valued partners: Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Personify Health, Edelman Financial Engines, CareBridge, HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank, N.A., The Hartford and our community partners connected through our 𝐄𝐁𝐑𝐆𝐬:  Beautifully EmpowHERed, Little Friends, Inc., Youth Outlook, and United Way.
