Juniper Square attended the Elvinger Hoss Annual Fintech Event. Fantastic and highly relevant‼️ Our very own, Arnaud Brive had the privilege of speaking on one of the most anticipated panels of the day, where he shared perspectives on: 💎 Building AI systems as a technology-driven funds services provider 💎Training AI on private & structured data for accuracy and security 💎The strength of deterministic models + humans, over “black-box AI guessing” We also received valuable insights from other panels on MiCA and the accelerating progress in tokenisation amongst other interesting topics. Personally I am grateful to see so many innovative companies driving progress in Luxembourg and many even choosing Luxembourg as their European HQ. 🇱🇺

Building technology for the Private Markets at Juniper Square

The most broken process in private equity? Manual data entry from subscription documents. This process hasn't changed in decades, and it's eating up massive amounts of time from Fund Operations & Legal teams. When you invest in a fund, you sign subscription documents that can be upwards of 75-100 pages. Basically every GP today has someone manually taking a PDF, looking at it, reading through it, and copying the information from that big long PDF into the firm’s internal systems. Using an embedded Investor Onboarding Platform like Juniper Square solves that problem…but any investor who can’t or won’t sign digitally puts you right back in that manual place. Here's what we just launched in July that changes everything: AI that doesn't just summarize, it extracts and maps data directly to your database fields. The process now looks like this: → You upload the document → Junie AI extracts all relevant data automatically → Maps information to the correct database fields → Shows high-confidence matches (review optional) → Flags uncertain items that need human input → Highlights expected data that wasn't found We're not at 100% automation yet. But this is cutting down subdoc information processing times by 90%+ for our beta customers. Getting to a fully agentic future doesn’t happen overnight. It starts with a co-pilot like this, and then as models get better? Full automation. In 18-24 months no Juniper Square customer will manually type in data from a subdoc ever again.

  • If you're only looking to find your edge with technology upgrades and process improvements, you're missing out on a key competitive advantage: culture. The data tells the story. Firms with imbalanced cultures see senior partner departures that shrink future fundraising by 17%. Meanwhile, firms that intentionally build ownership cultures consistently outperform their peers. The highest-performing firms systematically build cultures around six pillars: 1. Unified mission clarity that eliminates decision-making ambiguity 2. Aligned economic incentives that reinforce collective success 3. Intentional risk-taking that distinguishes smart experimentation from reckless speculation 4. Adaptive discipline that maintains agility without sacrificing excellence 5. Multi-directional communication that surfaces insights regardless of hierarchy 6. Diversity of experience that prevents groupthink and unlocks new opportunities The firms that scale successfully don't rely on individual brilliance. They build systems where better decisions, faster execution, and scalable processes compound over time. Culture drives operational alpha. Everything else follows. How private markets get built.

100 leaders building the technology of capital. The world's biggest LPs manage trillions of YOUR wealth. They are a foundation of economic growth and stability.
