Technical Solutions Architect (Agentic AI, ML, Data) — In-House IT Automation LLC (Cary, NC) is seeking a hands-on Technical Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of agentic-AI systems, machine learning solutions, and data-centric platforms on AWS or Azure. This role can be full-time (monthly payroll) or part-time/contract (hourly billing), with a highly competitive package for the right candidate. In this role, you will architect and build agentic AI workflows (planning, tool use, multi-agent orchestration), develop and productionize ML models, and design data models and quality controls that power reliable, automated business processes. You’ll partner with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable cloud solutions; stand up MLOps and data pipelines; and guide best practices across experimentation, deployment, and monitoring. We’re looking for someone with deep experience in agentic-AI system development (LLM orchestration, tool calling, RAG, evaluators/guardrails), machine learning model development and MLOps, automated workflow design, and strong data fundamentals (data modeling, data quality management, lineage, governance). Proficiency in AWS or Azure services for compute, storage, and data engineering is essential; familiarity with modern stacks such as LangGraph/CrewAI/Guidance, vector databases, MLflow/Kubeflow, Airflow/ADF/Databricks, and IaC (Terraform/Bicep) is a plus.
