Our employees are empowered in their daily work, and we quickly promote within the organization. Matthew Staggs (left) has been promoted to Customer Service Supervisor, Sami El Aflahi (center) is our new NOC Technician, and Dani Sprague (right) has been promoted to Senior Director of Acquisition Marketing. This is Matt's second promotion at IQ Fiber -- he's especially skilled at training new hires the IQ Fiber way of doing things. Matt has certifications in CompTIA A+, Linux Essentials, Microsoft Azure Cloud and Azure Ai. This is also Sami's second promotion this year -- he started as a Contact Center Representative while working on his Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunication degree. Sami played a major role deploying the IQ Fiber network in Savannah and Charleston. He even helped educate schoolchildren in Charleston about how fiber-optic networks shape our daily lives! Dani has helped grow IQ Fiber from one market to seven and continues to support the marketing team. On a different note - IQ Fiber is closing in on 10,000 followers on LinkedIn!
