Watching the Rockies this season: Painful Watching the Rockies hoping they win: Futile Watching the Rockies from The Rooftop with your coworkers: Priceless This summer, we hosted a few team outings to Coors Field so we could get some together-time outside the office. While Denver's home team may not have racked up many Ws so far, the stadium atmosphere and quality time helped our teams keep the wins rolling in. Think you have what it takes to hit it out of the park? Step up to the plate - https://lnkd.in/ezr9h98T

Last week, we had the pleasure of joining the Girl Scouts of Colorado's Annual Women of Distinction event. As the newest sponsor, it was a great opportunity to connect with scouts from across the state, share our roots in entrepreneurship, and hear their own budding ideas. We've already learned so much from these mini-entrepreneurs, and look forward to discovering more together!

Shoppers are less brand loyal than ever. In fact, nearly 80% say they’re “uncommitted.” In Supermarket News, CRO Chris Riedy shares why personalization and smarter merchandising are the keys to winning them over. https://lnkd.in/gQPkcuMp

This year's interns brought fresh ideas, big energy, and a lot of heart to Ibotta. As the program closed, we asked them to share some reflections on the summer. Here are a couple highlights! Amalia San Millán, Business Development Intern: Working in Business Development is so rewarding because I get to be directly involved in every project. No two days are the same, and I'm constantly learning and solving problems with a creative mindset. I truly appreciate the cross-functional nature of the role as well. It's a great opportunity to collaborate with different teams and gain a variety of perspectives. The team's emphasis on feedback has also been incredibly valuable, helping me grow professionally in ways I never expected. Sydney Tudor, Client Partnerships Intern: My favorite part of my internship has been the opportunity to build meaningful connections with my team. It's been invaluable to learn the ins and outs of Ibotta from people who are not only experienced but also incredibly talented in their roles. With their support, I've been able to contribute to projects and tasks in a meaningful way, seeing the direct impact of my work. Yesterday, we had the privilege of welcoming to Ibotta economist and Emory University - Goizueta Business School professor, Dr. Jeff Rosensweig and his wife, former CNN anchor Natalie Allen. Jeff shared his perspective on global and U.S. economic trends, and how they connect to our business and industry. We’re grateful for his insights and the engaging discussion he led with our employees!

We recently said farewell to Valarie Sheppard our interim CFO. Before her move back home, she shared highlights from her last 6 months on our leadership team, lessons she's carrying back to the Board, and advice for all of us on how to build lasting success in the workplace. While we’ll miss the infectious energy she brought to the office, we’re grateful for everything she has done these last 6 months and that she will continue to guide Ibotta as a member of our Board. Thanks for everything, Valarie!

Recently, our IT team launched an internal laptop donation program with the goal of turning our retired technology into community impact. By making a donation of least a $200, our employees could "purchase" one of our gently used laptops for personal use. In the end, our employees contributed $41,000 in donations across 5 selected charities. We also donated an additional 13 devices to CU’s Center for Inclusive Design & Engineering (CIDE), to aid in their mission of making technology more accessible. Thank you to everyone who participated! And a special shoutout to our amazing IT team for leading the charge in championing accessible technology for our community.

At Ibotta, we know the value of meaningful benefits. That’s why we offer our team a range of perks that support life both in and out of the office. One of those is our 30-day ‘work-from-anywhere’ perk. Whether it’s spending extended time with loved ones, exploring a new city, or soaking up mountain air, we love seeing where the flexibility takes our team. Just ask Ben Merrill, who used his remote days to work from Italy, a place he used to call home. Looking for a workplace that gives you room to roam?
