Team Member Spotlight: Lance Jackola Meet Lance Jackola, Innoflight’s Principal Manager of Program Management. With over 20 years of proven leadership, Lance brings exceptional dedication, discipline, and strategic expertise to our team. A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps, Lance served 23 years on active duty—including six overseas deployments and three combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. His military career was defined by excellence, resilience, and service. Since joining Innoflight in 2022, Lance has successfully led more than a dozen programs from kickoff to completion. In recognition of his outstanding impact, he was promoted in May 2025—a testament to his results-driven mindset and commitment to mission success. Lance’s leadership continues to inspire and drive innovation across our teams.
