✨ Calling all Nashville-based storytellers and story lovers! ✨ We're so excited to share that Hello Sunshine Collective member Ali Truwit's documentary, "Stronger Than You Think," is premiering at the Nashville Film Festival this Sunday, September 21 🎉 The documentary, helmed by filmmakers Janice Molinari, Melissa Forman, Allyson J. Davis, and Impakt Partners, follows Ali's journey from losing part of her leg in a shark attack to earning two silver medals at the Paris Paralympics just one year later. You'll watch as Ali and her community of steadfast supporters turn trauma into hope — and discover "what’s possible when resilience meets purpose." "As Ali said to us on many occasions, if this film is going to make an impact, we must be willing to show everything along the way; not just the shiny, social media worthy moments, but the solitary moments of sorrow, pain and uncertainty," says director Janice Molinari. Hello Sunshine Collective member Molly Carlson is redefining resilience one dive at a time 👏 In June, the Brave Gang founder and high diving pro made a spectacular save after slipping off of a 22-meter-high platform. One month of healing her body and mind later, she was ready to give the very same dive another try at the World Championship Finals. There, Molly proved to herself that resilience doesn’t always look like achieving the desired outcome. Sometimes, it can look like acknowledging your needs, putting yourself back out there after a setback, and celebrating wins both big and small 🙌 That same spirit is critical to Molly's founder story. Progress isn’t linear.
