🌟 This summer, the Asian American Resource Community at Hallmark (AARCH) continued its commitment to community engagement by hosting its second youth leadership event with the Kansas City Chinese Association’s Youth Leadership Academy. AARCH welcomed 16 bright 7th–12th graders to HQ for a full day of learning, collaboration, and inspiration. From leadership insights to hands-on case studies led by Hallmark mentors, these students tackled real-world business challenges with creativity and confidence. Their visit reminded us how energizing it is to connect with the next generation of leaders.💡
