  • What does real AI adoption inside an enterprise look like? At Re:imagine Orlando, Suzanne D. from the Eli Lilly team gave us a glimpse not of a proof-of-concept or demo, but of AI delivering measurable business outcomes, operating at scale, and improving the employee experience. In December 2023, they switched on their AI assistant built on the Kore.ai platform. Within weeks, it was handling routine queries. But the real story unfolded when it advanced from surface-level questions to full resolution: by January, 20% of customer queries were being resolved without ever reaching a human. Just a few weeks later, a massive 70% of all incoming volume never touched a human queue. Consider the impact when this plays out at enterprise scale: -Customers weren’t waiting in queues; they were getting back to work faster. Productivity wasn’t just protected, it was amplified. -And user experience scores, which often dips when automation is introduced actually improved. This is the pivot enterprises everywhere are wrestling with: moving from pilots that show “potential” to production systems that actually deliver measurable impact at scale. #KoreReimagine2025 #EnterpriseAI #AgenticAI #AIForBusiness

We’re entering an era where robots won’t just respond. They will relate. That’s the focus of our next AI Activations episode on October 9. From Chat to Embodiment: The Next Wave of Human-Robot Interaction Join us for an engaging conversation with Falene McKenna (Founder, Lingua Robotica) and Cobus Greyling as we explore how human-robot interaction is moving beyond text and voice into the realm of embodiment. We will dive into: -The evolution of interaction from chat to voice to embodied presence - Why creating consistent “secondary worlds” matters (and what Tolkien can teach us about AI design) - The ethical questions that surface when writing for embodied AI systems This session isn’t just about technology, it’s about rethinking how we design robots to be intuitive, trustworthy, and truly human-aware. 📅 Save the date: October 9, 9:00 AM ET Register for this session 👉🏼 https://lnkd.in/ghRgF-z2 #AIActivations #HumanRobotInteraction #AI #KoreAI

  • Thank you, New York❤️ On September 25th, we brought Re:imagine to Pier 59 Studios and the energy in the room matched the ambition of the moment. Leaders from CVS Health, Morgan Stanley, Forbes, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and more came together to talk about advancing AI not just in theory, but in practice. From moving projects into production to scaling agentic systems and transforming customer, employee, and process experiences, the conversations were rooted in what it really takes to drive impact at scale. More than the ideas, it was the openness that defined the day, leaders speaking candidly about challenges faced, lessons learned, and solutions found A heartfelt thank you to our incredible speakers for their insights, and to our sponsors, Deepgram and Pronix Inc, for making the day possible. We are grateful to everyone who joined us and added their voice to the dialogue. The journey to reimagine is just getting started. 🚀 📍Next stop: Dallas. See you soon. 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗦𝗦 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 I recently spoke with Cathal McCarthy, Chief Customer Officer at Kore.ai, about what it really takes to scale Agentic AI in the enterprise. His perspective stood out—treating agents as digital employees with purpose and accountability, building platforms rather than point solutions, engaging stakeholders from the outset, and designing intelligent systems that work across the enterprise. That’s why he’s a natural choice to lead a 2-hour interactive roundtable at the CSS Executive Forum in Raleigh (RTP) on October 14, 2025: 👉 “𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙜𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙘 𝘼𝙄 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙧 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝘼𝙙𝙫𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚” This will be a collaborative working session for Customer Experience, Support, and IT leaders who want to move beyond pilots and into enterprise-scale adoption. Here’s what’s in store: 🔹 Share real-world challenges and adoption roadmaps 🔹 Learn from Fortune 100 leaders’ successes (and lessons learned) 🔹 Explore scalable frameworks for governance, change, and ROI 🔹 Leave with peer-tested insights, next steps, and executive connections Seats are limited — don’t miss the chance to join this candid conversation on how leaders are putting Agentic AI to work. 🔗 Register here: https://lu.ma/css1014 👈 #CX #CSS #CustomerSupport #AgenticAI #CSSForum #Koreai #SuccessLab

  • Will AI replace your job? Probably not.  But the person who knows how to use it... might. That’s the hard truth and a powerful reminder from Riaz Abdul, Head of Operations at Vanguard, during #ReimagineAI. Because the future isn’t about man versus machine. It’s about how well we use the machine. Leaders can’t just pitch AI tools at teams and expect transformation. Real change comes when they educate, co-create, and help people understand how to use AI so it actually works for them. The productivity gap between those using AI well and those not is growing fast. It’s not about replacing talent. It’s about retooling it. Watch this snippet from Vanguard’s session. And maybe, start asking the right questions. • “Frontier Firms, organizations at the leading edge of digital transformation, are redefining how innovation is scaled and how value is created.” — Nicole Dezen, Chief Partner Officer, Microsoft. With the reimagined Microsoft Marketplace, this vision comes alive. It’s more than a storefront. It’s a trusted space where solutions, AI apps, and agents meet enterprises at scale. For Kore.ai, being part of this launch means our AI for Work, AI for Service, AI for Process, and several other AI apps and hundreds of AI agents are directly woven into MS ecosystem and are easily accessible to millions of visitors to this marketplace. Right where enterprises already work. Right where innovation gets deployed with the same governance and security they trust. This is not just about reach; it’s a responsibility. Because every time an enterprise adopts AI, it’s not only about scale. It’s about trust. It’s about ensuring that speed doesn’t come at the cost of security. That innovation doesn’t outpace governance, and that flexibility doesn’t mean losing control. Our role is to help organizations move faster and more confidently. With the assurance that their AI journey is secure, interoperable, and truly in their hands. The future of enterprise isn’t waiting, and neither are we. • Trust is the make-or-break factor for enterprise AI. Without it, adoption stalls,  PwC found that 87% of executives see lack of trust as one of the biggest barriers to scaling AI. For some leaders, trust means AI must be explainable and transparent. Others argue it comes from keeping humans in the loop. Many believe nothing matters more than consistent accuracy, while a growing camp says only regulation will close the gap. If you had to pick just one as the foundation of trustworthy enterprise AI, which would it be? 👇 Vote below and share why.

Imagine this: you call customer support three times in a month for the same issue. Each time, you explain the problem from scratch. Each time, you are treated like a stranger. That’s how most immature AI feels today. Smart in the moment, but forgetful the second the tab closes. That’s the limit of prompt engineering. It’s transactional, fragile, and blind to history. Now picture something different: - An AI agent that recalls your past frustrations and proactively solves them. - A sales assistant that answers a VP with strategic insights and an analyst with detailed numbers — both correct, both contextual. That’s context engineering in action. It’s not about squeezing more out of a single input; it’s about shaping the environment in which AI operates — giving it memory to recall what happened yesterday, role-awareness to tailor answers differently for a VP versus an analyst, and guardrails to ensure it respects compliance and business rules. This is how AI grows up from a reactive tool to Agentic AI. AI that remembers, understands, and acts with accountability, not just speed. 👉 The real question isn’t whether we can build smarter prompts. It’s whether we can build smarter context because that’s what turns AI from a clever tool into a trusted partner. So, what do you see as the hardest part of making this shift: the tech stack, the organizational mindset, or building trust? #AgenticAI #ContextEngineering #FutureOfAI

  • Cologne, you inspired us. 🌟 On 23rd September, we gathered for Re:imagine at the stunning KölnSKY and what a day it turned out to be.  The room was full of energy, curiosity, and candid conversations about where AI is truly headed. We didn’t just talk about AI in theory; we touched on themes like bridging the POC-to-production gap, the rise of AI Agents, and scaling customer experience stories from leaders. The discussions also touched on the cultural and ethical shifts shaping the future of AI, reminding us that this journey is about more than technology alone. And what made it truly meaningful was the openness and active participation of our guests, turning these sessions into real conversations. Thank you, Cologne, for the energy, the openness, and the belief in what’s possible with AI. This is just the beginning, and we are excited to continue re: reimagining the future together. 🚀 Komal Joshi, Christie Dahmen, David Schreffler, Cobus Greyling, Umang S. "Be ready to pivot because roadmaps today are written in pencil, not pen." — Keyur Parikh, Head of Workplace Technology Strategy & Services, Vanguard That was one of the most memorable insights from our latest customer spotlight session with Vanguard. Transformation at scale doesn’t follow a straight line. It’s a process of continuous discovery, iteration, and course correction. The teams that win are the ones who stay agile, knowing the market (and the tech) never stops moving. What really matters is how fast you can learn, pivot, and deliver real impact over and over again. Their words remind us that innovation won’t wait. Neither should we.
