Fontainebleau Las Vegas was proud to support Three Square Food Bank during Las Vegas Restaurant Week in June. Through the incredible generosity of our guests and community, we helped provide 23,766 additional meals to families, seniors, veterans, children, and unhoused individuals across Southern Nevada.   Our signature restaurants offered specially curated three-course menus, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the region’s largest hunger relief organization. This week, our incredible Fontainebleau Las Vegas Interns came together to volunteer at Project 150, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing clothing, food, and school supplies to homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged high school students in Southern Nevada. From sorting donations to assembling care packages, our interns rolled up their sleeves and made a meaningful impact—demonstrating that leadership starts with service. At Fontainebleau, we believe that giving back is more than a value—it’s a responsibility. Empowering our future leaders to engage with the community not only strengthens our culture, but also deepens our connection to the people and places we serve.
